Welcome to Ixia Product Training

Ixia courses are structured as hands-on labs and are performed real-time on industry standard routers and switches. As a result, you will develop the real-world skills necessary to successfully test your devices and networks.

Each course is instructor-led and is one day in length. Additionally, step-by-step lab manuals will provide an excellent post-training refresher.

IxNetwork Training Course	985-0200	IxNetwork Training Course 985-0200 Introduces the IxNetwork application for the performance and functional testing of Layer 2-3 devices and networks with a focus on BGP, OSPF, and IP Multicast. After a product overview, the student will perform hands-on lab exercises designed to demonstrate the capabilities, features and measurement techniques of IxNetwork. You will gain configuration knowledge and product confidence. The course assumes basic knowledge of routing and routing protocols.	US $100
Intro to Ixia (includes IxExplorer and IxAutomate) Training Course	985-0100	Designed for the new Ixia user, this course introduces the Ixia test platform together with both the IxExplorer and IxAutomate applications. An overview of the Ixia test platform is given, followed by hands-on labs that focus on the capabilities and features of IxExplorer, Ixia\'s Layer 2-3 data plane test application. After gaining experience with IxExplorer, the student is introduced to IxAutomate, where the functionality of IxExplorer is put to use in running complete test algorithms.	US $100
IxChariot Training Course	985-0300	This course introduces the IxChariot application for the performance testing of Layer 4-7 devices and networks. The course is comprised of six hands-on labs that feature real-world equipment that cover testing of VoIP, Video and Multicast, Application Rollout and Triple Play technologies. It also gives a brief introduction to IxProfile.	US $100
IxLoad Training Course	985-0400	This course is an introduction to layer 7 testing with IxLoad. The student will gain expertise at conducting performance tests for upper-layer protocols including HTTP, FTP, Telnet, Email (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), LDAP, DHCP, DNS, VoIP (SIP), and Broadcast or Unicast Video over IP using RTSP signaling. This is a hands-on lab featuring real-world equipment to conduct real-world performance tests	US $100
Intermediate Level Training Courses	985-1200	Ixia Training Site, North America & ROW, Intermediate level Ixia Public Training Courses - 1 or more days depending on course - Price is per student times number of days (Example - 2 day class would cost $600) - Maximum class size depends on location - Training manual included - Designed for the student with some experience using Ixia products.
